Spa Etiquette

SPA ETIQUETTE

To ensure that you and those around you reap the full benefits of La Look, please keep in mind the following etiquette tips:

Arrive Early
Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will cheat you of the precious minutes of your Spa treatment. Remember, your treatment will end on time so the next client isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.

Respect Other Guests
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect the right to privacy of other guests. Please turn off cell phones when you enter the Spa treatment area. Children cannot be left unattended.

Cancellation and Deposit Policy

1. Services lasting 1 1/2 hours or more REQUIRE 24 hour cancellation notice, otherwise credit card WILL be charged. Examples: mani/pedi combo, 90 minute massage, eyelash extensions or fills, etc.
2. Services for parties of 2 or more REQUIRE 48 hour cancellation notice, otherwise credit card WILL be charged.
   Examples: Couples Massage, 2 pedicures, ANY time 2 or more people book together!            
3. Tuesday Appointments Requiring a 24 hour notice: MUST be cancelled by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday otherwise credit card WILL be charged.
4. Tuesday Appointments Requiring a 48 hour notice: MUST be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. Friday, otherwise credit card WILL be charged.  
5. Smart Circle appointments require credit card to schedule.

Group Functions  (party of three or more)
A 50 percent deposit is required two weeks prior to function. Cancellations made in less than seven days will not be refunded.

Gift Certificates
Your gift certificate must be presented to the front desk at check out time. Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire two years from the date of purchase. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Sales Tax
Prices do not include sales tax.
