La Look Spa is excited to announce the new one-day Insideout workshop for women 40 plus. Martha Vucsko, 45, will share her secrets on how to overcome the changes taking place as you age and how to live a healthier lifestyle.
There will be refreshments, lunch and speakers for this one-day event.
If you would like us to take your body fat measurements, please arrive at 8:30 am.

- Introduction: turning back the clock with healthy lifestyle changes, goal setting and motivation
- Anti-aging: metabolism, skin changes and hormones
- Flushing out your system: super foods, supplements, eating out and cheating
- Smoothing Out: Cellulite — every woman’s nightmare. How to treat and prevent cellulite with a demonstration of cellulite products.
- Burn it up: discussion on weight and personal training and body fat measurements, please arrive at 8:30 a.m., if you wish to have your measurement taken.
- Putting it all together - 40 ways in 40 days
